Birth Stories (Testimonials)

I wish everyone was lucky enough to have you guiding their birth.
Love to you and your whole family, C.J.

Thanks for helping us to have the birth of our dreams and for all of your loving care during our pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We can't imagine a better experience than the one we had. We treasure every day with Sydney. She is a magical child. Bless you.
Love, Keney, Trevor, & Sydney

Thank you so much! (I feel as though I can never thank you enough) Your strength, vitality and kindness are a true inspiration. It was a true honor to share the most profound experience I've had with you.
Love, Kiva

Just wanted to give all of you a big thanks you for another wonderful experience during my pregnancy and my delivery. The nine months of check-ups and my schedules c-section were truly very positive experiences. What a terrific team you have and we have been blessed to work with all of you twice! Thank you all for your professionalism and your genuine care and concern during my pregnancy and delivery. I always feel as though I am dealing with family when seeing each of you - your love and excitement for me and my growing baby always makes me feel warm and comfortable. Lord willing I will be back in a year! Thank you very much for making the birth of our little Lillian so memorable.
With appreciation and gratitude, John & Tanya, Big Sister Sophie, Baby Lillian

Thank you so much for helping to deliver our beautiful daughter Celia. Even though she came into the world via c-section, in my mind you still delivered her! The surgeon played an important role, I know, but it was your caring and compassion that make the potentially scary prospect of my surgery a great experience instead.

One of the greatest joys of being a new grandmother was being present when my grandson Alex was born. Midwives welcome multigenerational family members, at the option of the new parents, to be present in the birthing room, and I was treated as a part of the team that supported Alex's birth. As I and other delivering mothers and fathers had to fight in the 60's to actively participate in the birthing process, it was a wonderful change to work with Kristen. She treated my daughter as a person, not a patient, and set a skilled, sensitive, and encouraging tone for her delivery.
